Founded in 1999, initially known as Independent Days Festival, it has hosted some of the biggest names in international music as headliners.

To date, I-Days holds the record for the highest number of paying attendees at an Italian festival, with over 430,000 people attending the 2024 edition held at the SNAI San Siro and La Maura racecourses.
